Elizabeth has over a decade of massage therapy experience, licensed in the state of Hawaii since 2010.   Elizabeth draws from various modalities in her practice to offer the most comprehensive treatment for her clients, including deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, shiatsu, Lomi Lomi, hot stone, and Thai massage.  These massage techniques help heal many soft tissue injuries commonly associated with a motor vehicle or work-related accidents such as whiplash, headaches, back and knee pain.  Elizabeth's goal is to reduce pain and swelling, improve circulation and range of motion and reduce muscle spasms and cramping. 

In addition, Elizabeth is a Reiki Master Teacher. Her healing touch allows the client to deeply relax and reduce the stress associated with trauma from accidents and loss of mobility or work and daily functions.
