I have lived on the Big Island for over 20 years and have loved it even longer. I graduated from the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy in 2007 and I feel blessed to have found this very fulfilling work.

My style is a flowing, integrative mix of various modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Thaitable, Shiatsu, Cranial Sacral,  Reflexology, Neuromuscular Therapy and Ashiatsu

Those who like deep work especially appreciate my understanding and ability, and I can also deliver more gentle work to those who need it. 

My clients feel my compassion, mindfulness and attention to detail when receiving one of my very thorough massages.

When I’m not working I enjoy the ocean, gardening and hanging with my dog, Patches.
