If the bill for your massage is denied by your insurance, unlike other medical services, we cannot bill your health insurance. For certain situations at risk of denial, we may require a secondary form of payment as a backup. Easiest is giving us a credit card we can charge if our bills are denied. If the bill is denied we will try to negotiate a reduction with your therapist before charging your card.

Some reasons bills can be denied:
PIP fund exhausted in a car accident (most common)
short form closure limit is reached in a federal work comp case
injury was misrepresented by client and is not in fact from the accident
